正交设计优选白蔹甲醇提取物的提取工艺

Optimizing process of methanol extraction of Ampelopsis Japonica by orthogonal design

用甲醇提取白蔹,以大黄素的含量为指标,考察粒度、固液体积比、煎煮时间对提取效果的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺为:粒度大小为过20目筛,甲醇为原药量的8倍,提取时间为1 h。

Using methanol extracted Ampelopsis, the contents of emodin as an index, influence of particle size, the volume ratio of solid to liquid and boiling time on the extraction effect were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were ： particle size than 20 mesh size, the amount of methanol as 8 times the original drug,the extraction time is 1 h process.
