摘要
以带长链温敏基团的烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG)与丙烯酰胺(AM)自由基共聚,制备出一种新型二元温敏性酸液稠化剂P(AM-APEG),最佳合成条件为:单体浓度30%,单体配比1∶20(APEG∶AM,摩尔比),引发剂浓度0.08%,聚合温度70℃,聚合时间3.5 h。采用红外光谱对P(AM-APEG)的分子结构进行表征;采用动态光散射对其粒径进行测试;并对其温敏性能和缓速性能作出相应评价。结果表明,本研究所合成的稠化剂P(AM-APEG)的温敏性能稳定,并具有良好的缓速效果。
An acid thickening agent P(AM-APEG) was synthesized by acrylamide and allyl polyoxyethyl- ene ether that with a long chain temperature-sensitive group. The optimal conditions were that:monomer concentration 30%, monomer ratio 1:20 (APEG: AM, molar ratio), initiator concentration 0.08%, poly- merization temperature 70 ~C, polymerization time 3.5 h. Then molecular structures and particle diameters were characterized by infrared spectrum and dynamic light scattering, after evaluation on temperature sen- sibility and retarding performance. The results showed that the synthetic P (AM-APEG) played well in temperature sensibility and retarding performance.
