摘要
采用聚醚a与b酸为原料,在以m(ZnO)∶m(NaOH)=1∶1为催化剂的条件下发生酯化反应。利用消泡、抑泡性能测试等手段,通过对影响反应的温度、时间、原料物质的量比及催化剂用量等设计正交实验,确定酯化的优化条件:温度120℃,反应时间5 h,催化剂用量0.6%,物料a与b的质量之比1.2∶1,酯化率为79%。实验证实,聚醚酯类消泡剂既保留有聚醚类消泡剂易于分散、表面张力低、稳定性好、耐高温的优点,且消泡能力更高,活性更强。
Raw material of polyether a and acid b esterified reaction under a catalyst by the conditions of m (ZnO) : m ( NaOH ) = 1 : 1. The experiments determined the esterification optimal conditions: temperature 120℃, reaction time 5 h,0.6% of the amount of catalyst,the mass of the materials a and b of 1.2:1 ,es- terification rate of 79%, by orthogonal design such as reaction temperature, time, raw material ratio and the amount of catalyst by anti-foaming, suppression bubble performance testing and other means. The ex- periments show that the polyether esters defoamer not only inherited the polyether defoamer low surface tension, but also easy to disperse, high temperature stability;activity is higher, defoaming capabilities.
