某光学平台台面结构优化设计

Structural optimization of some optical platform's table surface

针对结构优化技术对于产品设计的重要性进行了概述,并以某个光学平台台面为研究对象,分别以其静变形位移和第1阶固有频率作为优化约束条件,开展了优化分析,得到了一种成功的优化模型。通过几种优化结果的比较,对于开展结构优化设计工作有了明确的认识,为今后的工作提供了新的方向。

The optimization design is important to structural design.The structural optimization design of an optical platform＇s table surface was obtained in which the surface table＇s mechanical capability was used as the topology optimization constraining parameter,and one type of model was got.The optimization process is not perfect and some farther work must be carried on.
