摘要
针对无卤挠性覆铜板环氧胶粘剂成本较高,采用含氮环氧树脂,以增韧改性固化剂和含氮酚醛为复合固化体系,制备的无卤阻燃型挠性覆铜板不含有害重金属,满足了绿色环保的要求;同时选用的含氮环氧树脂价格低廉,降低了生产成本,经济实用。
This paper introduced a green environment and low cost halogen free flexible copper clab laminate research. this modified adhesive does not contain stibium、lead、mercury and so on.FCCLs made from this modified adhesive have high performance including the peel strength、flame retardancy、the dimensional stability and electrical performance.
