摘要
利用COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场耦合分析软件,基于模态叠加法,对某型号汽车曲轴进行了模态分析,获得了汽车曲轴的的前六阶固有特征频率和振型。模态分析结果表明,该型汽车曲轴不会由于路面激励而产生共振。这表明该汽车曲轴的设计比较合理。
The numerical analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics is used to have a modal analysis of a certain type of automotive crankshaft based on mode superposition method in this paper,and six lowest order natural characteristic frequencies and modes for automotive crankshaft are obtained through modal analysis.The results of the modal analysis show that resonance effects don't happen to this type of automotive crankshaft due to the vibration excited by the road. This indicates that the design of the automotive crankshaft is reasonable.
