摘要
以蝴蝶兰的花梗为外植体,研究蝴蝶兰快繁方法。结果表明,花梗外植体在培养基MS+BA3mg/L+NAA1mg/L上培养15d后产生幼芽;丛生芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS+BA5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,增殖率为2.07%;生根诱导最佳培养基为1/2MS+NAA1mg/L+IBA1mg/L,生根率可达100%。
Taking the pedicel of Quanzhou Phalaenopsis amabilis Bl. as explants, tissue culture and rapid propagation were studied. The results showed that the haustorial buds can be induced on MS medium supplemented with BA 3mg/L and NAAlmg/L after 15 days. And MS medium with BA 5mg/L and NAA 0.1mg/L was the best for the reproduction of Proliferation. The reproduction rate was come up to 2.07%. The 1/2MS medium with NAAlmg/L and IBAlmg/L was the best for the growth of root, The root regeneration frequency was equal to 100%.
