摘要
从抽油泵阀球宏观形貌、扫描电镜、腐蚀产物的X射线衍射分析等3个方面对子北油田长2油井部分抽油泵中阀球的腐蚀损伤状况进行了测试,分析了阀球蚀损的过程与蚀损机理,认为阀球损伤破坏是由磨粒的喷射磨损和化学腐蚀共同造成的,并针对性的提出了应对措施。
The corrosion and damage examination of valve balls in defueling pump of Chang 2 Well of Zibei Oilfield has been taken by three methods,such as macro-morphology,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis of the corrosion product.The process of erosion of the valve ball and erosion mechanism was analyzed.It can be concluded that the corrosion and damage of valve balls was caused commonly by abrasive jet wear and chemical factor.The targeted response measures have been given in this paper.
