摘要
通过对钢管扁平缺陷的力学性能和金相组织分析,结果显示造成扁平管缺陷的主要原因是钢卷的局部强度及硬度偏高,超出了制管的弯曲力所致。分析认为钢卷横截面性能的差异主要是钢卷层流冷却强度局部偏大造成。
Through mechanical properties and microstructure the result showed that the main reason of steel tube for the flat defects is the local strength and high hardness of the hot rolled coil beyonded the pipe bending force.In conclusion differences in performance of coil cross-sectional is caused by large local flow cooling intensity.
