摘要
影响汽车、家电用薄板产品表面质量的因素主要是钢卷表面氧化铁皮缺陷。通过对热轧卷表面氧化铁皮形貌特征的探析,提升对缺陷的认知技能,从而加强对钢卷(主要是酸洗商品卷)表面氧化铁皮缺陷质量检验的把控。
It is main defects of hot rolled coil surface scale to influence the surface quality of ear and home appliance with thin plate. By analyzing the morphological characteristics of hot rolled coil surface scale to raise the cognitive skills of inspection the seale defects and strengthen step quality control.
