摘要
文章分析了八钢老区3号焦炉荒煤气导出系统的特点,提出了集气管温度过高带来的诸多不良影响,探讨了以一种既方便又有效的操作方法来控制及调整集气管温度,使其波动小,温度上限低。全局把握、细微入手,以稳定化产回收系统各操作指标及满足最终的焦炉煤气质量为目的,从荒煤气源头寻找有效降温途径,为焦化的可持续发展奠定基础。
This paper analyzes the eharaeteristies of raw gas export system about No.3 coke oven base areas of Bayi steel, proposed collecting pipe temperature is too high to bring the many adverse effects, discussed in a convenient and effective methods of operation to control and adjust the collecting pipe temperature, to small fluctuations, the low temperature limit. Overall grasp of subtle start to stabilize product recovery system operation indicators and meet the final quality of coke oven gas for the purpose of, from the source of raw gas to find effective ways to cool down, for the eoking lay a solid foundation for sustainable development.
