针对八钢南疆钢铁综合料场工艺设计特点,介绍了全新PES防风抑尘网、料条自动洒水系统、卸车区安装洗车台、除尘灰吸排罐车输送、皮带自动纠偏装置、料仓防粘料设施、高效智能化作业并采用成熟的混匀造堆工艺等一系列的先进实用新技术。

For the integrated material yard of process design features at Bayi Steel in southern Xinjiang, this paper introduces the new PES wind dust network, material automatic sprinkler system, the unloading area installed wash, dust suction tank transportation, automatic belt deviation correcting device, anti-seize facilities, intelligent and efficient operation by mixing ripe piling process, and a series of advanced and practical new technology.
