fnSiO_2@mSiO_2核壳纳米粒子的特性研究

摘要 本文考察了fnSiO2@mSiO2核壳纳米粒子的荧光特性,并选用布洛芬作为药物分子,考察了其在药物分子的负载和荧光检测方面的应用。结果表明:fnSiO2@mSiO2核壳纳米粒子可进行高灵敏的多元标记,并能给药物分子提供无阻碍的通道和足够的负载空间。 This paper examines the fluorescence properties of fnSiO2@mSiO2 core-shell nanoparticles,and selected Bloven as drug molecules,studied its application in load and fluorescence detection of drug molecules.The results showed that: fnSiO2@mSiO2 core-shell nanoparticles can be multiple markers with high sensitivity to drugs,and can give the drug molecules provide unimpeded channel and sufficient load space.
