摘要
本文综述了目前国内碘的分析测试技术应用研究的进展进行总结和综合评述。并对容量法、分光光度法、极谱法、色谱法、原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法、电感耦合等离子体光谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法及有关联用技术进行了讨论。碘形态分析的相关技术、方法和设备及其在生物和环境中作用等内容将是人们将来研究的方向和目标。
The research progress on various analytical techniques for the determination of micro(trace)iodine at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed.The volumetric method,spectrophotometry,polarography,chromatography,atomic absorption spectrometry,the fluorescence photometry,inductively coupled plasma atomic emis sion spectrometry,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and related combination technologies were discussed.Iodine speciation analysis methods,equipments and related technology will be the future research direction and goals in biological and environmental effects.
