基于振动分析的故障诊断方式在某化工厂的实践和应用

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,机械设备的故障诊断的方法也逐渐发生了变化,以往的听、摸、看、闻经验式诊断方法已经不能够完全适应现代化生产的需要。我们以一个化工厂为例,从监测系统、监测设备、判断标准3方面进行判断,选择出最适合该化工厂的一套监测方案。最后以现场中一个实际案例来说明,对于判断和预知设备故障是行之有效的,证明此套方案的合理性。 With the development of science and technology,the fault diagnosis method of machinery and equipment changes gradually,the type of diagnosis method of experience has not been able to adapt to the needs of the modern production completely,such as listening touching watching and smelling.For a chemical plant,from the three aspects of monitoring system,monitoring equipment and judgment standard,choose a suitable plan for it.Lastly judging and predicting the equipment fault is effective as a practical case,and prove the scheme rationality.
