摘要
本文以中粮生化能源(肇东)有限公司现有生产线上的玉米混合粉为原料,进行不同返粕量的发酵效果的初步研究,试验了不同返粕量的酒精(返粕量分别为10%、13%、15%、17%和20%)的发酵效果及其对DDG蛋白含量的影响。结果显示:返粕量为13%的成熟醪酒分、淀粉出酒率及蛋白含量最高。
The fermentation process was studied using corn mixed powder from COFCO Bio-energy(zhaodong) Co.Ltd ethanol production line.The paper studied the effect for the contents of protein and ethanol output with different contents of corn germ meal of 10% 、13%、15%、17% and 20% respectively.The results showed that : the ethanol output,the alcohol yield of starch and the content of protein were the highest under the condition of the content of corn germ meal of 13%.
