参芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Granule On Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients With Insulin Resistance

目的:观察参芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者的影响。方法:选临床符合标准的2型糖尿病84例,随机分为两组:治疗组与对照组各42例。两组均坚持基础治疗:控制饮食,适度运动和二甲双胍治疗,在此基础上,治疗组加用参芪降糖颗粒。治疗8周后,观察治疗前后患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、血脂水平及主要临床症状、体征的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组对降低空腹胰岛素,胰岛素抵抗指数均有疗效(P<0.01或P<0.05),而且治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);在改善临床症状、体征,降低血糖及调节血脂水平上治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:参芪降糖颗粒具有提高胰岛素敏感性,改善胰岛素抵抗,降低血糖、调节血脂水平等作用,配合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病,可以起到协同降糖作用,比单纯应用二甲双胍具有更好的治疗效果,并在改善临床症状、体征方面疗效显著。

Objective： to observe the effect on Shenqi Jiangtang Granule on improving Insulin Resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients. Methods： 84 cases with T2DM were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group with 42 cases in each group. In the basic treatment given to both groups on the basis of diet, moderate exercise and metformin treatment. The treatment group was added with Shenqi Jiangtang Granule. Mter 8 weeks treatment, patients were observed before and after treatment of FBG、2hPG、HbAlc、FINS.IRI, blood lipid levels and the change of clinical symptoms and signs.Results： the treatment group and the control group had curative effect in reduceing FINS and IRI index level（P〈0.01orP〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.01orP〈0.05）.The treatment group was significantly better than control group in improving the clinical symptoms and signs,lower blood glucose and regulating blood lipids level （P〈O.O5orP〈O.O1）. Conclusions： Shenqi Jiangtang Granule is increasing insulin sensitivity and improvement of Insulin Resistance, lowering blood glucose, regulating blood lipids level, in combining with mefformin in the treatment of T2DM can act as a collaborative effect,than pure mefformin has a better treatment effect, and in improving the clinical symptoms, signs of curative effect is obvious.
