中药熏蒸配合运动疗法治疗创伤性肘关节功能障碍的疗效分析

CM fumigation cooperating with exercise therapy in treatment of traumatic elbow dysfunction curative effect analysis

目的:分析中药熏蒸与运动疗法相结合在治疗创伤性肘关节功能障碍方面的疗效。方法:将我院收治的60例创伤性肘关节功能障碍(下文简称TED)患者随机均分为对照组与治疗组,治疗组采用运动与中药熏蒸结合的治疗方式,对照组仅给予运动治疗。结果:治疗12周后,治疗组症状明显改善,治愈率达86.7%;对照组治愈率为60.0%。可见,治疗组与对照组之间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:运动治疗与中药熏蒸相结合较在治疗TED方面效果更好,值得推广应用。

Objective analyse the curative effect of tern fumigation combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of traumatic elbow function disorders.Methods Dividing the 60 TED patients of our hospital into matched group and treatment group, the treatment group receiving the way of combining exercise with the tcm fumigation.Result After treat 12 weeks,treatment group＇s symptoms improved significantly,cure rate was 86.7%; matcbed group＇s cure rate was 60.0%.Therefore,the treatment group and matched group＇s difference is statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion Exercise therapy combined with tcm fumigation was better than Simple exercise therapy in TED treat,worthing of popularization and application.
