立足学科优势 促进新时期数字农业发展——以浙江省农业科学院数字农业研究所为例

Promoting Development of Digital Agriculture in New Stage Based on Discipline Superiority,Taking Institute of Digital Agriculture of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a Case

文章介绍了浙江省农业科学院数字农业研究所的建设思路及建所以来在学科建设、人才引进、条件建设等方面取得的成绩,指出了其在发展过程中在人才储备、学科融合、科技开发等方面存在的问题,提出了加快人才引进步伐、发挥学科优势、加强顶层设计、增强科技创新和社会服务能力等对策,以期为新时期农业科学研究所的创建提供参考。

Train of thought of setting up Institute of Digital Agriculture, Zhejiang Academy of Agriculture Sciences was introduced in the paper. The performance on discipline construction, talent introduction and condition establishment was summarized. Meanwhile, problems in reserve of talents, discipline integration and scientific and technological development in the development process were pointed out. Based on that, the countermeasures of future development were put forward, such as speeding up the pace of talent introduction, giving full play to the advantages of disciplines, strengthening the top-level design, enhancing scientific and technological innovation and social service ability. These will provide references for the founding of research institutions of agricultural science in new age.
