摘要
文章对我国农业科技特派员制度的内涵、形成过程、特征、现实意义与作用、发展现状等进行了全面的阐述,分析了科技特派员制度存在的问题,并针对问题提出了加强信息网络建设、加强科技特派员的组织管理、提高科技特派员队伍的整体素质等对策,旨在增强对农业科技特派员制度的深入了解,为更好地推进这项惠农政策起到良好的宣传作用。
