摘要
水果产业是山东农业的重要组成部分,改革开放以来,山东水果产业得到快速发展,水果总产量和单产水平不断提高,区域布局和生产结构进一步优化。文章回顾了山东水果生产规模演变的历程,分析了山东水果生产布局与结构,剖析了山东水果生产中存在的主要问题,针对问题提出了科学规划生产布局、构建现代化生产和科技支撑体系、提升水果产业化水平等对策,以实现山东水果生产可持续发展。
The fruit industry plays an important role in Shandong agriculture. The fruits production of Shandong Province has developed rapidly since the reform and open-up. The output and yield increased continuously, and the layout and structure was optimized. The developing process of scales of fruit production in Shandong Province was reviewed. The layout and structure of fruit production was analyzed. Problems in Shandong fruit production were found out. In order to realize the sustainable development of Shandong fruit production, it was pointed out that we should scientifically plan the production layout, carry out modem production and construct science and technology support system, and promote the industrialization level.
