供应室护理人员职业暴露分析与防护

目的探讨供应室护理人员职业暴露的危险因素,总结其防护方法及体会。方法选择2011年1月～2012年10月供应室护理工作人员16名,进行职业暴露相关危险因素的问卷调查,分析其调查结果。结果供应室护理的职业暴露危险因素一般包括物理、化学及社会心理等因素,其中以利器刺伤的发生率最高,紫外线暴露损伤次之,明显高于其它危险因素(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论供应室的护理人员每天需要面临不同的职业暴露危险因素,因此,应该树立正确的职业暴露安全意识,制定出相应的防护方法,避免工作中受到损伤,对保障护理人员的人身安全有重要的意义。

Objective To observe the care of the supply room of occupational exposure risk factors, prevention Methods and summarizetheir experience. Methods Our hospital from January 2010 to October 2011 supply 20 room nursing staff, risk factors for occupational exposure survey, analysis of its findings. Results The supply room care, general risk factors include occupational exposure to physical, chemical and psychosocial factors, of which the sharp stab of the highest incidence of injury, followed by UV exposure, significantly higher than other risk factors （ P 〈 0.05 ）, with statistically signifi cant. Conclusion The supply room nurses face each day occupational exposure to different risk factors, therefore, should establish the correct occupational exposure safety awareness, to develop appropriate protection methods, to avoid the damage, and to ensure the safety of nursing staff have significance.
