摘要
风电场的接入改变了配电网中的短路电流分布,可能引起原有保护装置的误动或拒动,从而引发更加严重的事故。针对风电场并网后对配电系统带来有害影响的问题,必须调整现有的保护策略,保证继电保护装置能够在故障时正确动作,保持配电网的安全稳定运行。首先通过对风电场并网前后运行状态、不同并网容量、不同接入点以及不同故障类型等问题进行了分析,然后建立了配电系统与风电场并网的模型,得到了多种不同运行模式下的故障特征,在此基础上提出了一种自适应继电保护算法,最后通过Matlab/Simulink验证了该算法的有效性。研究结果表明,该继电保护算法具有较高的准确性和灵敏度,能够实时调整继电保护整定值。
The short-circuit current in distribution network can be changed by the connection of wind power plant. Aiming at the problems of detrimental effects on the distribution system of the wind farm, protections now used must be adjusted and changed to ensure correct fault clearing with right method, and maintain the safe and stable operation of the distribution system. Firstly, the wind farm cut-in and cut-off, wind different farm capacity, different integration points, and different fault types were studied. Secondly, a model system of distribution network with wind plant was built to get the fault features under various operating modes. In this foundation, an adaptive relaying algorithm was proposed. Finally, simulation on Matlab/Simulink was used to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The research results indicate that this algorithm has good accuracy and sensitivity, and can adjust relay setting real time.
