摘要
针对基于旋转变压器的位置检测器中位置输出信号受噪声污染影响永磁同步电机系统性能的问题进行研究。在分析位置信号受污染对控制系统性能的影响和小波算法原理的基础上,采用准实时小波算法,对旋转变压器输出的位置信号进行降噪处理和故障诊断,仿真结果表明:采用准实时小波算法,能够在一定程度上降低系统噪声,并能够精确检测出系统的故障信息,实现对故障特性的提取和定位,进而提高了系统的控制精度、安全性和可靠性。基于小波变换的旋转变压器准实时降噪和故障诊断算法的研究对于发展高精度和高可靠性的精密测试转台具有深远的意义。
The performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was studied when the position output signal of the position detector based on resolver was polluted by noise. Based on the analysis of the performance of the control system when the position signal was polluted and the principal of Wavelet arithme-tic theory, quasi real-time Wavelet arithmetic was adopted to denoise and detect fault the output position sig- nal of the resolver. The simulation results showed that the noise could be effectively reduced and the fault in-formation could be accurately detected and recognized when the quasi real-time Wavelet arithmetic was a-dopted in the control system, which further improved the control precision, safety and reliability of the con-trol system. The research on quasi real-time denoising and fault detection of resolver based on Wavelet trans-form has a profound effect on the development of high resolution and high reliability precision test turntable.
