摘要
用PC机和虚拟数据采集示波卡采集绕线式异步电动机启动过程中的转子电流信号,采用小波理论对其降噪。考虑转子电流信号的渐进特性,提出了基于连续复小波变换的渐进信号瞬时频率提取方法,将其应用于绕线式异步电动机启动特性测试,间接实现了绕线式异步电动机启动特性的无转矩、转速传感器的测试,实验结果表明该方法可以实现准确、快速地测试,为绕线式异步电动机启动特性在线测量提供了新途径。
The virtual data acquisition card and PC are employed to detect the rotor current signal of the wound rotor asynchronous motor while starting, and noise of rotor current are filtered with the wavelet theory. With regard to the gradient characteristic of rotor current, the transient frequency was extracted with the algo-rithm based on continuous complex wavelet transform to realize the indirect measurement for the non-torque and rotating speed sensors. Experimental results show that method of the paper brings exact and new ap-proach to on-line detection of the starting characteristic of wound rotor asynchronous motors.
