摘要 模态转换型超声波电机因具有结构简单且功率输出大的特点而备受关注。本文分析了不同类型的模态转换形式超声波电机的驱动机理,详细介绍当前国内外有关的研究情况和研究进展,并指出该类型超声波电机是今后大力矩超声波电机的重要发展方向。 The modal conversion ultrasonic motor is attractive for its simple structure and large torque. In this paper, the driving principles of ultrasonic motors with different modal conversion types were analyzed. The recent developments and research progress of the modal conversion ultrasonic motor both at home and a-broad were introduced. Pointed out that this kind of ultrasonic motor would be come an important one of the ultrasonic motors with large torque.
