摘要
本文针对低脉动无刷电机薄壁件的结构特性,从灌封材料、灌封工艺、灌封工装等方面,重点进行了灌封材料配方研究和灌封专用工模具设计,解决了低脉动无刷电机材料开裂及结构灌封成型的工艺难题。
In this paper, directed at the structural characteristics of low ripple brushless motor thin-walled parts. From the aspects of potting material, potting process and potting equipment, the study focused on the formula study of potting material and design of potting special mold to solve the cracking problems of low rip-ple brushless motor and forming process problems of structure potting.
