液基细胞学检查在甲状腺细针穿刺细胞学诊断中的应用价值

Clinical value of liquid based cytology test in the diagnosis of thyroid fine needle aspiration cytology

目的探讨液基细胞学检查(liguid based cytology test,LCT)在甲状腺细针穿刺细胞学诊断中的应用价值。方法对306例甲状腺结节患者行细针穿刺检查,随机分为两组,分别采用LCT制片和传统涂片。对比制片质量和细胞学诊断结果,并进行分析和评价。结果采用LCT制片技术所得的标本细胞数明显增多,背景干净,细胞结构清晰,具有诊断意义的成分得到大部分保留。结论 LCT是在甲状腺细针穿刺细胞学制片染色等方面便于实施质量控制的一项新技术,不仅能提高细胞学制片质量,而且能提高细胞学诊断阳性率,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of liquid based cytology test in the diagnosis of thyroid fine needle aspiration cytology. Methods Three hundred and six eases with thyroid nodule were performed using thyroid fine needle aspiration, and were divided into two groups. Thyroid cytological specimen were measured by means of conventional smear test and LCT respectively, and assessed the quality and cytological diagnosis. Results As compared with conventional smear test, there were several advantages in the specimen with LCT, which increased significantly in the numbers of pathological cells and was obviously clean in the cell background and structure： The valuable specimen for diagnosis were preserved successfully in methods of LCT. Conclusion LCT is a new and convenient technical methods for improving specimen quality of preparing smear and staining ways. LCT has importantly clinical value in improving the quality of thyroid fine needle aspiration cytology and the accuracy of diagnosis.
