摘要
目的观察神经生长因子治疗化疗所致周围神经毒性的疗效。方法将70例化疗所致周围神经毒性患者随机分为两组,对照组35例给予弥可保0.5mg,口服,3次/d;治疗组35例给予神经生长因子注射液18μg,肌肉注射,1次/d。两组疗程均为14d。对两组患者的疗效、不良反应及治疗前后肌电图变化情况进行分析。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组感觉神经传导速度均有恢复,以治疗组更为明显(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组运动神经传导速度有所恢复,但与对照组比较无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论神经生长因子治疗化疗所引起的周围神经毒性有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of nerve growth factor on the treatment of chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). Methods Seventy patients with CIPN were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (35 cases) were given the treatment of mecohalamin 0.5 mg, po, tid; the treatment group (35 cases) were given the treatment of nerve growth factor injection 18 9g, injected with 2 mL water soluble, im, qd. Two groups were treated 14 days. The changes of the neurotoxicity grading and electromyography were compared; the adverse events were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05) ; Comparing the changes before and after treatment in two groups: the sense nerve conduction velocity of the median nerve and superficial peroneal nerve in two groups was significantly raised, and the change of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P〈0.05) ; the motor nerve conduction velocity of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the treatment group was raised, but the changes of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve in two groups had no statistical difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion Nerve growth factor is effective to the treatment of chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy.
