摘要
用搅拌球磨机活化木薯淀粉,将经活化60min的木薯淀粉用环氧氯丙烷进行适度交联,再将交联淀粉与ClCH2COONa通过干法工艺制备交联羧甲基复合淀粉。以吸附率为评价指标,探讨交联度、反应温度、反应时间、ClCH2COONa用量、NaOH用量和含水量等反应条件对产物吸附铜离子性能的影响。结果表明,复合淀粉对铜离子有很好的吸附作用;使用中等交联度的交联淀粉在反应时间150min、反应温度60℃、淀粉与ClCH2COONa的摩尔比0.60、淀粉与NaOH的摩尔比0.50,体系含水量24.0%的条件下制得的复合淀粉对铜离子的吸附率为97.3%,且重复使用性能良好。
The cassava starch mechanically activated for 60 min by stirring-type ball mill was cross-linked with epichlorohydrin, and then the cross-linked carboxymethylated compound starch was prepared by dry method using cross-linked starch and sodium chloroacetate. The effects of the product of crosslinking degree, reaction time, reaction temperature,sodium chloroacetate amount, sodium hydroxide amount and system water content on the adsorption of Cu2+ were investigated, respectively, with adsorption ratio as evaluating indicator. The results indicated that the compound starch had a good adsorption on Cu2+. The adsorption ratio of Cu2+ was 97.3% under the conditions of reaction time 150 min, reaction temperature 60℃, the mole ratio of starch to C1CH2COONa of 0.60, the mole ratio of starch to NaOH of 0.50,and water content 24.0%, and the compound starch could be used repeatedly.
