摘要
通过对植物甾醇结晶过程原理的分析,提出以晶种法提升植物甾醇产品收率的工艺路线。这种方法主要考察加入晶种的温度、晶种的量、降温速率和搅拌速率等因素,从而达到控制晶核数量和提高晶体粒径目的,最终实现提升产品的收率。研究结果表明,加入晶种的温度为57℃、晶种的量为1%、降温速率为1℃/h、搅拌速率为5r/min的条件下,植物甾醇的收率可以提高到97%,这对实际生产具有重要的意义。
Based on the analysis of principles of phytosterol crystallization, the process routine of seeding technology in improving production yield of phytosterol was proposed. The method mainly focused on seeding temperature, amount of seeding, cooling rate, and stirring rate in the aim of controlling crystal nucleus amount and improving particle size to finally increase the production yield. The results indicated that under the conditions of seeding temperature 57 ℃, seeding amount 1%, cooling rate 1℃/h , stirring rate 5 r/min, the production rate of phytosterol was up to 97%, which means a lot for real production.
