中药熏洗配合功能锻炼治疗增生性膝关节炎的临床观察及护理

The clinical observation and nursing of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment with proliferative arthritis of the knee

目的:观察中药熏洗治疗增生性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年12月-2012年12月120例我科住院治疗增生性膝关节炎的患者,分两组分别采用中药熏洗配合功能锻炼和不采用中药熏洗而直接接受其他治疗。其中60例采用中药熏洗配合功能锻炼观察组,60例不采用中药熏洗对照组。结果:采用中药熏洗配合功能锻炼观察组取得较好疗效。结论:采用中药熏洗配合功能锻炼能有效地提高治疗效果,是非手术疗法最有效的方法之一。

objective： to observe the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of proliferative arthritis of the knee clinical curative effect. Methods： Choose 120 cases of hospitalization hyperplastic knee arthritis patients in my branch between the December 2009 - December 2012 ,and divided into two groups that one were using traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with functional exercise and the other do not use herbal fumigation but accepting other treatment. The sixty patients use traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with functional exercise observation group, but the other sixty cases do not use herbal fumigation control group. Results： the use of Chinese medicine fumigation with functional exercise observation group has good curative effect. Conclusion： the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with function exercise can effectively improve the treatment effect,so it is one of the most effective method of non-operative treatment.
