耳穴压豆法减轻正畸治疗疼痛的临床效果观察

Pain relieving effects of auricular point pressing during orthodontic treatment

目的:观察耳穴压豆法减轻正畸治疗牙周疼痛的临床效果。方法:选择初次正畸治疗患者40人,初次戴入矫治弓丝后随机分为实验组和对照组,每组20人。实验组上弓丝后即加用耳穴磁疗法;对照组复诊时用耳穴磁疗法,观察记录患者牙周疼痛的发生率、疼痛的持续时间,并对其进行统计学分析。结果:应用耳穴压豆法的正畸患者疼痛发生率明显降低,持续时间也明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆法能有效减轻正畸治疗时的牙周疼痛。

AIM： To observe the periodontal pain relieving effects of auricular point pressing during ortho- dontic treatment. METHODS ： 40 orthodontic patients were included and were randomly divided into group A and B （ n = 20）. In group A the patients received auricular point pressing soon after arch wire application. In group B the pa- tients received no auricular point pressing. Incidence of periodontal pain and pain duration were recorded and com- pared. RESULTS ： Incidence of periodontal pain and pain duration were significantly less in group A than in group B （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION ： Auricular point pressing can reduce periodontal pain during orthodontic treatment.
