转炉双联法冶炼超低磷钢工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了转炉双联法炼钢过程,特别是在温度、碱度、FeO含量等脱磷工艺的冶金条件。转炉试验结果表明,当双联法的D-P阶段处理温度为1 450~1 499℃、碱度为2.5~3.0时,能提供较好的脱磷热力学条件;D-C阶段碱度在4.0~6.0,氧压在0.6~0.7 MPa及合理的氧含量下,成品磷含量≤50×10-6的比例达77%。 The steelmaking procedure based on duplex process by converter is studied,particularly focusing on such metallurgical conditions as temperature,basicity and the content of FeO required by the dephosphorization process.The experimental results show that good thermodynamic conditions for dephosphorization can be available when the treatment temperature is in the range of 1 450~1 499 ℃ and the basicity is between 2.5 and 3.0 during D-P stage of duplex steelmaking by converter.While the basicity is between 4.0 and 6.0,the oxygen pressure is 0.6~0.7 MPa and the content of oxygen is suitable in molten steel during D-C stage of duplex steelmaking by converter,the percentage of the content of phosphor in finished products with less than or equal to 50×10-6 is as high as 77%.
