摘要
为开发低锰抗酸性X56级管线钢,研究采用了低碳、低锰以及Nb、V、Ti复合微合金化设计及TMCP轧制。结果表明,低锰X56管线钢达到良好的强度、低温韧性值和优良的抗HIC性能值,适于pH>4的酸性环境下服役。
In order to develop the low manganese X56 pipeline steel with acid resistance,the design for chemical compositions with low carbon,low manganese by adding micro-alloying elements such as Nb,V and Ti combined with TMCP process is adopted for carrying out the experimental study on the X56 pipeline steel.The results show that the developed low manganese X56 pipeline steel is excellent in strength,roughness at low temperature and HIC resistance,which is suitable to be in service in the acidic condition with pH value more than 4.
