摘要
以鞍钢1580 mm热连轧机支撑辊为研究对象,通过耦合金属塑性变形和辊系弹性变形模型,建立起带钢板形数值分析系统,定量分析了热连轧机支撑辊磨损对带钢断面形状和前张应力分布的影响。模拟计算和生产实践结果表明,随着支撑辊轧制吨数的增加,辊身磨损的不断加剧,带钢板凸度相应增大,双边浪趋势逐渐增强。采用工作辊辊型匹配支撑辊轧制吨数的方法,收到了很好的板形控制效果。
After the back-up rolls in 1580 mm hot continuous rolling production line are studied the numerical analysis system for the strip shape is established based on the theory of plastic deformation of the coupling metal and the application of the model of elastic deformation of the roll system.And by this system the quantitative analysis for the effect of the wear of back-up rolls in 1580 mm hot continuous rolling production line on the section shape of a steel strip and the distribution of the front tensile stress is done.The results obtained from analog computation and actual operations in production that the wear of the body of a roll is heavier and heavier as the rolling tonnage of back-up rolls is increasing and as a result the crown of a steel strip being rolled increases correspondingly while the trend for forming the two-edge wave defect is developing.For this,good results in control of the strip shape can be achieved by application of work rolls whose roll shape is matching the rolling tonnage of a back-up roll.
