摘要 介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂西区烧结混合料预热工艺改进情况,通过采取强化蒸汽预热技术,尤其是应用矿槽中心预热等技术后,混合料温度提高了14℃,固体燃耗降低2 kg/t,利用系数提高0.09 t/(m2.h),为烧结增产、提质、降耗创造了条件。 The technical improvement of the process for preheating sintering mixture at sintering workshop located in the western area of General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.is introduced.After applying strengthening preheating steam technology,particularly applying the technology for preheating the mixture in the centre of the ore bin,the temperature of sintering mixture is increased by 14 ℃,the consumption of solid fuel is decreased by 2 kg/t and the utilization coefficient is increased by 0.09 t/(m2.h),which provide the conditions for improving production and quality of sinter as well as reducing consumption.
