The process for treating wastewater produced by Steelmaking Plant in Bayuquan Iron Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd is introduced,which includes technologies such as the cavitation air float（CAF）,mechanical accelerated clarifying and filtering by fiber bundle.The CAF technology shows good results in removing the suspended substance（SS） and oils in wastewater produced by steelmaking plant.By using CAF the removal rates for SS and oils are up to 90% and 81% respectively.Similarly by using accelerated clarifying technology the removing rates for SS and oils are up to 81% and 41% respectively and the removal rate for SS by using filtering technology by fiber bundle is up to 90% and at the same time the water turbidity of water can be controlled below 5 NTU.
