基于对外输出视角的人民币国际化策略研究

Research Study on RMB Internationalization from the Perspective of Foreign Output

主权国家货币在国际化进程中需要通过国际收支逆差来实现本币的国际供给。在人民币国际化初期,通过经常项下跨境贸易输出人民币已取得显著成效。伴随着人民币国际化纵向发展,人民币跨境收支格局已发生结构性变化,净输出规模大幅下降。如何扩大人民币对外输出以支持离岸市场发展和人民币在境外的循环使用,成为当前亟需重点研究和解决的问题之一。本文对人民币对外输出的意义、输出的主要方式进行了阐述,对当前人民币对外输出放缓的现象进行了归纳分析,并总结了日本推进日元对外输出的经验。在此基础上,提出了加快人民币对外输出的策略选择。

In the process of internationalization of sovereign national currency, it needs international balance of payments deficit to realize the international supply of domestic currency. At the beginning of RMB internationalization, remarkable achievements have been made in RMB output through cross-border trade under current account. Along with the deepened development of RMB internationalization, structural change has occurred in cross-border RMB payments pattern, and the net output scope has fallen dramatically. How to expand the external output to support the development of the offshore market and overseas recycling of RMB is one of the key research issues to be solved currently. This paper illustrates on the meaning and main ways of RMB output, analyses the slowdown of current RMB foreign output. Through drawing on Japan＇ s experience of promoting Japanese Yen foreign output, the paper finally puts forward the strategy to speed up RMB foreign output.
