高水平武术套路运动员核心力量训练的实验研究 被引量:15

摘要 运用文献资料、专家访谈、实验和数理统计等方法,对28名武术套路运动员进行2种力量训练实验。结果显示:纵向配对检验得出实验组和对照组分别在伸肌、屈肌峰矩和伸肌、屈肌功率上较实验前都有显著性提高(P<0.05);对实验后和实验前屈、伸肌峰矩和屈、伸肌功率的差值进行横向比较,即对增加程度进行比较显示,实验组在伸肌、屈肌峰矩和伸肌功率上实验前后的差值与对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),实验组明显好于对照组;在屈肌功率上,实验组和对照组未呈现显著性差异,但从数值上比较,实验组增长幅度要好于对照组。平衡能力实验组成绩好于对照组。 This paper used the methods of interviews, literature review, experiment and mathematical statistics study on two kind of strength training for 28 wushu athletes. The result is as following: The experimental group and the control group both respectively have significantly improved in the peak torque of muscles extensor and muscles flexor, as well as the power of them ( P 〈 0.05 ). There are significant difference between the two groups in muscles extensor and muscles flexor, as well as the power of muscles extensor before and after the experiment(P 〈 O. O1 ) , the experimental group is better than the control group. In the power of muscles , however , there is no prominent difference, the growth of the power of muscles flexor in the experimental group is better than the control group. the balanced capacity of the experimental group are better than the control group.
