市场经济条件下北京市民办高校体育教学改革研究

Reform of physical pedagony in Beijing private universities under the condition of market economy

近年来,作为我国高等教育重要组成部分的民办高校蓬勃发展,并在体育教学方面初步形成了自身的特色,但要更好地满足市场经济条件下对于体育教学功能的多元化需求,就必须勇于突破现有模式,尝试体育教学改革。以北京市6所具有代表性的民办高校为研究对象,对北京市民办高校体育教学现状及其成因进行分析,并借鉴美国、日本等市场经济比较发达而且民办教育发展比较成熟的国家在民办体育教育方面的经验,对北京市民办高校体育教学目标体系的建立、体育教学管理机制和评价体制改革、体育课程的内涵建设以及体育教师队伍建设等方面的问题提供具有参考价值的建议。

As an important part of higher education in China, the private colleges and universities are developing rapidly in recent years, they have initially formed their own characteristics in physical education. However, in order to satisfy the multi - function needs of physical education better under the condition of market economy, the private colleges and universities must have the courage to break the existing model and try to reform the physical education. This article makes an in -depth analysis on the status quo and the underlying factors of the physical education in the private colleges and universities by choosing six representative private colleges and universities in Beijing. In addition, it also provides recommendations for the establishment of physical education goal system, the reform of physical education management mechanism and evaluation system, the improvement of physical education curriculum, and the construction of teaching body by drawing upon the experiences from the United States and Japan which have a mature market economy and highly developed private education.
