Analysis on Anti-Aerial Effectiveness Based on Warning Radar Operational Analytic Hierarchy Process

分析和评价对空警戒雷达系统的作战效能对于提高警戒雷达系统作战效能具有重要的实际意义。文章根据对空警戒雷达使命任务、工作特性、作战性能，运用层次分析法建立了警戒雷达系统作战效能评价的指标体系，按照层次将指标予以量化，最后得出对空警戒雷达作战效能主要影响指标的百分比，为综合评估对空警戒雷达系统提供了科学依据。

To Analyze and evaluate the operational effectiveness of anti-aerial warning radar system is of important realistic meaning for the improvement of warning radar system operational effective-ness. According to the basic tasks, work characteristics, operational performance of anti-aerial warning radar, the evaluation index system of anti-aerial warning radar system operational effective- ness is established in this paper by using the analytic hierarchy process, the index is quantified ac-cording to the different hierarchies. Finally, the percentage of the main influence index of the anti-aerial warning radar operational effectiveness is achieved. The percentage provides the scientific ba- sis for the comprehensive evaluation of anti-aerial warning radar system.
