润滑油库房标准化设计综述

目前我国润滑油行业发展前景较好,油品周转量非常大。为维持良好的库存,保证润滑油资源的有效储存和供应,开展库房标准化设计、建立统一的库房管理行为守则及操作规范意义深远。润滑油库房标准化设计实施有四条途径,首先,加强库房管理制度建设,如库房选址、基本材料配置、油品入库以及库房安全等;其次,提高库房利用率,主要从空间利用和储位优化方面考虑;第三,落实库房信息化管理,利用信息指导管理。库房标准化设计有助于促进润滑油资源灵活调配,提升企业整体管理水平,应高度重视库房标准化建设。

Nowadays, Chinese lubricating Ume was considerable. In order to maintain a oil industry had a bright developing prospect, and the reservoir oil＇ s vol- qualified inventory and guarantee an effective storage and supply, it was meaningful to launch a standardization design, establish a unified warehouse management code of conduct along with the operation standard. There were three ways to implement the standardization design for lubricating oil warehouse. One was strengthening the construction of warehouse＇s management system, such as site selection, basic material configuration, the way to lead the oil into the warehouse, improving the safety of the warehouse. The second was enhancing the utilization rate which mainly displayed in the optimization of space utilization and storing place. The third was implementing the in- formation management, such as using the information to guide management. For the lubricating oil warehouse standardiza- tion contributed to promote the resource＇s flexible deployment and enhance the level of enterprises＇ global management, the lubricating oil enterprises should pay high attention to it.
