摘要
虹吸是一种常见的流体力学现象,在日常生活、水利工程和化工生产中均有广泛的应用。本文通过介绍虹吸现象发生条件以及虹吸原理,阐述了虹吸现象在化工生产中的有利和不利两方面的应用,提出利用高点排气与虹吸之间的矛盾,可以解决虹吸存在的问题。在化工生产中,合理利用虹吸原理可以节省生产成本,降低能源消耗,避免设备及建筑的腐蚀。
Siphonage was a common phenomenon in fluid mechanic, which was used widely in daily life, water con- servancy and chemical production. Through the introduction of occurrence conditions and principle of siphon phenomenon, two aspects application of siphon phenomenon in the favorable and unfavorable in chemical production were presented and the problem can be solved by the contradiction between high exhaust and siphon. In the chemical production, the rational use of the siphon principle can save production costs, reduce energy consumption, and avoid the corrosion of the equip- ment and building.
