摘要
针对热熔型汽车阻尼板用压敏胶的耐高温要求,以及现有汽车阻尼板用压敏胶所存在的问题进行系统的研究。本论文将从理论上,说明耐高温汽车阻尼板用压敏胶的分子设计原理并建立结构与性能之间的关系;从应用上,将开发出热熔型汽车阻尼板用的耐高温压敏胶,并实现其产品的工业化生产。
In view of the high temperature resistant requirements of pressure - sensitive adhesive used for the hot melt type automobile damping plate and existing problems of pressure - sensitive adhesive of the automobile damping plate on the market, molecular design principle of the high temperature resistant pressure - sensitive adhesive used for the hot melt type automobile damping plate was theoretically illustrated and the relationship between structure and performance was established. The high temperature resistant pressure - sensitive adhesive used for hot - melt type automobile damping plate was developed and industrialized.
