摘要
设计了一种基于复合粉体Y2O3-Al2O3材料的TD/CTL正己烷传感器。选用Tenax-TA为吸附材料,在波长400 nm,催化温度200℃下进行定量分析,催化发光强度与正己烷浓度的线性范围为1.32~132 mg/m3;检出限为0.4 mg/m3(3σ)。该传感器是一种高灵敏、快速响应、使用寿命长、稳定性好的传感器,能实现对车间场所的正己烷的安全在线监测。
A novel and highly sensitive sensor for gaseous n - hexane utilizing the sensing material of Y2O3 - Al2O3, with mass ratio of 2 : 1, was developed based on TD/CTL. Under the adsorbent of Tenax - TA, catalytic temperature of 200 ℃ and wavelength of 400 nm, the linear range was 1.32 - 132 mg/m3 with a detection limit (3σ) of 0. 4 mg/m3. The TD/CTL - based n - hexane sensor showed a high sensitivity, good stability, rapid response and allowed on - line and safety monitoring of n - hexane in workplace.
