摘要
分别采用两种方法制备纳米银。一为化学法用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为保护剂,硼氢化钠(NaBH4)作为还原剂制备纳米银;二为光化学催化法采用汞灯紫外光照制备胶态纳米银。分别用透射电镜对纳米银进行表征,并利用悬液法对纳米银的灭菌性能及对耐药菌灭菌效果进行了研究。结果表明纳米银对耐药菌具有很强的灭杀作用,平均灭菌率高达95%。
Using two methods to prepare the nano -silver, one was a chemical method which was to prepare nano - silver with polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) as a protective agent and sodium borohydride (NaBH4) as a reducing agent, an- other was a photochemical catalysis which taking UV irradiation of the mercury lamp to prepare it. The nano - silver with transmission electron microscopy and test the sterilizing properties of the nano - silver and the sterilization effect of the re- sistant bacteria in the suspension method. The results showed that the nano -silver had a strong killing effect against the resistant bacteria, and the average sterilization rate was up to 95 %.
