增强PA6材料的吸湿行为研究

摘要 聚酰胺是一种极易吸湿的材料,其吸湿行为又与样品的形状、厚度以及外界环境有关。本文主要研究了不同厚度的30%玻纤增强PA6材料在不同环境下吸湿率与处理时间的关系;并考察了不同吸湿率状态下,随着吸湿率提高,材料的拉伸强度呈线性降低,缺口冲击强度呈线性增加的变化情况。 Polyamide (PA6) was a hygroscopic material and its hygroscopic behavior was sample thickness, temper- ature and humidity dependent. The relationships between dealing time and water absorption of glass fiber - reinforced PA6 with different thickness at different temperatures and humidity were investigated. The influence of moisture absorption on mechanical properties was also investigated. The results showed that the tensile strength decreased linearly while the notched impact strength increased linearly with the increase of moisture absorption.
