摘要
井漏是在煤层气勘探开发的钻完井作业过程中,井内工作流体(钻井液、完井液、固井水泥浆等)漏入地层的一种复杂情况。通过使用JHB新型高温高压堵漏仪,以膨润土基浆为介质,使用不同缝隙的钢板和弹子珠床模拟裂缝性地层,评价了几种堵漏剂(核桃壳、锯末、FZS新型堵漏剂等)单独和复合作用的堵漏效果。优选出当配方为基浆+1.5%FZS+2.5%核桃壳+1.0%CMC时,漏失量最低。
During the drilling and completion operations of the exploration and development of coal bed methane, lost circulation was a complex situation, in which the working fluid in the well (drilling fluid, completion fluid, cement slur- ry) permeated into the stratum. By using a novel JHB HTHP (high temperature and high pressure) lost circulation simu- lator, applying steel sheet and pearl river bed that have different cracks to simulate the crack properties zone with the beto- nies clay slurry for medium, and evaluating the plugging effect when some lost circulation material (walnut shell, saw- dust, FZS new LCM materials) were interacted separately or jointly. When the recipe was base slurry + 1.5% FZS + 2. 5% walnut shell + 1.0% CMC, the leakage was the lowest.
