乳化生物质燃油对轴承材料GCr15的空化腐蚀磨损机理

摘要 在磁致伸缩仪上,以含生物质油5%(ω)的乳化燃油为空化介质,考察了轴承材料GCr15的空化行为,通过扫描电镜研究了相关的空化磨损机理。轴承材料的空化磨损速率在60 min时最大,然后随着空化试验时间延长则呈下降趋势,表明磨损主要出现在前期。生物质油的酸度高,在材料表面易产生化学腐蚀,因而磨损机理主要是伴随化学腐蚀磨损的机械冲击磨损。 The cavitation of 5% (ω) emulsification biomass -fuel was simulated using a magnetostrictive- induced cavitation vibratory apparatus on the surface of the GCr15 bearing materials. The cavitation wear mechanisms were studied using a scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the cavitation wear rate reached the highest within 60 min, and then decreased with the prolonged cavitation time. The cavitation wear mechanism of emulsification biomass - fuel was described to the mechanical impacting wear and the chemical corrosion of acidic biomass - fuel.
